A delicious light supper, we love this served with salad and new potatoes.
Instructions
- Fry or grill the salmon until cooked through.
- Gently warm the Atkins & Potts Hollandaise Sauce in a small pan and stir through the chopped dill.
- Serve the salmon with the salad and pour the warmed Hollandaise Sauce over the top and a lemon wedge on the side.
